      Pros

      Benefits are good. That was the best feature.

      Cons

      A lot of politics. Not a lot of strengths witnessed with upper leadership - poor decision making although Ed Parks was good. Used to be better I understand. Hired too many people then laid them off. I left on my own for a better opportunity.

      Devoted is bringing the humanness back to healthcare by providing love and support to members. I have never worked for a company before that so truly stands behind its mission - to really care about each member, and each employee, like family.
