System issues and no one will help you If you are stuck on a call where the KB doesn't help (which is most of them) no one will help or worse tell you the wrong answer to just hurry up and guess who gets called out for it, you. No one will put anything in writing and if they do it's vague and left to discretion of supervisor Speaking of supervisors, most don't care. A lot of favortism. Everyone is expendable. Devoted will do whatever to save money for the quarter. All the "we are family" talk goes out the window Policies are difficult to understand. HR will never ever assist you. Very condescending Cut throat. Don't believe the lies. All metrics. Not paid enough for what you do day in and day out

Remote, heart caring coworkers and managers, transparent, great benefits,competitive pay, and a company that truly cares about its members and employees. Issues are brought up almost immediately and there is always a plan to improve.

Cons

Work/life balance can be a challenge at times . For example unable to book a cruise or trip in advance because trips are approved within 4 weeks of the day requested.
