I was a remote patient navigator for devoted health. They try with the training but management and the way they run. It is like sales instead of patient navigation. The amount of calls that you have to do every day is way too much and they expect you to talk their clients into getting telehealth appointments and most of these people are over 60 and are not good at technology and don’t wanna do it. You will get put on a performance plan if you don’t meet these quotas.
