      Senior management is approachable, good benefits & time off.

      Cons

      HR is non existent and unreachable. Prepare to make the same pay as departments doing 10x less work. Some micromanaging.

      Fast growing, but with a long way to go

      Pros

      The workforce is very much on the younger side and possesses a lot of energy. Most employees work remotely. Their technology is pretty solid as most of it was developed internally.

      Cons

      The environment could be seen as too relaxed and casual. There seems to be an inordinate number of idealists yet not enough pragmatists to keep them grounded. Opposing views are seldom encouraged. They have a lot of growing up to do. Too much of a dog and pony show and too much patting each other on the back. Things will definitely change when they go public.
