Good growth opportunity in the short term. Great benefits. Amazing peers. A handful of incredible leaders.

Cons

They preach the whole "We are a family" but unfortunately that is only true for a select few. If you are seeking a career of 5 years or more--this is not the place for you, anymore. You are replaceable especially when budget cuts come due to overhiring. Middle management in Member Services is incredibly sneaky and disloyal to their team of supervisors and senior guides, Change is constant even when replacing you for someone that can do what you do for 10k less.

I love working for Devoted Health, I already celebrated my 3rd year anniversary and planning to many more. I love the transparency and ease to navigate with the programs, trainings and support from any group.
