Pros
If you are so lucky as to complete an interview and move on to next steps, the process will move quickly. Be ready to say goodbye to your previous life and not look back. This company is still new and going through some growing pains but it is worth the commitment. Pay is above scale, benefits are unheard of and the work is meaningful.
Cons
Training is not 100% inclusive of your job functions but it does prepare you for expectations. Some goals seem taxing and hopefully those will change and not contribute to burn-out.
