After 13 years of working for a major health insurance carrier, it was a eye opening moment to connect with Devoted Health. From the moment of initial conversations with the recruiter, to visiting the office and staff , to ultimately accepting the offer to become part of the Devoted family it has been a great experience. You truly need to visit the office to experience the energy! Devoted's mission to treat everyone like we would treat our own family is a sorely needed outlook for healthcare. While a start up is not for everyone, if you are willing and able to be flexible and shift at a moment's notice, you will be a great fit! Coming from a large carrier, it is often that the senior management, CEO etc are not approachable. That is far from the case here at Devoted. Our leadership team, founders and CEO are always just a message away, and they will answer you! I am excited to see how we are going to change healthcare!
