Pros

Colleagues are great. Everyone is bringing their A game, all the time. It's a breath of fresh air to not have to discount certain employees.

Cons

The pace is fast, and we're always pushing to get as much done as possible. Sometimes we over index on doing the easiest version of the hard thing, but we at least can pivot quickly to iterate.

I've been here since the before the pandemic. The team is very smart, working-from-home has been a smooth transition, and we are able to work with our members to help make their lives better.

Cons

We would love to travel more to see the team, since we are all working out of our home offices.

Pros

The company moves super fast, and I've learned so much in such a short time. It's awesome to be part of a place that really values feedback from our members and the team on the front lines. They actually listen and make changes based on real feedback, which is pretty rare and super cool. Feeling appreciated and seeing how our work directly improves members is amazing. I'm excited about what we're doing and where we're going.

Cons

The fast pace we operate at, while exhilarating, can sometimes feel overwhelming and there can be a lot of shifting priorities. It's all for the best reasons, but it does require flexibility and the ability to pivot quickly, which isn't everyone's cup of tea.
