      Fast growing, but with a long way to go

      Pros

      The workforce is very much on the younger side and possesses a lot of energy. Most employees work remotely. Their technology is pretty solid as most of it was developed internally.

      Cons

      The environment could be seen as too relaxed and casual. There seems to be an inordinate number of idealists yet not enough pragmatists to keep them grounded. Opposing views are seldom encouraged. They have a lot of growing up to do. Too much of a dog and pony show and too much patting each other on the back. Things will definitely change when they go public.

      Health benefits and pay were the only good things.

      Cons

      Toxic work environment and management. They always spout that we are all family, but at the best they are a dysfunctional family. Favoritism and nepotism run rampant there along with a very cult like mentality. They talk about how important work/life is important but the underlying feel is that you had better be available at all times day, night or the weekends, it does not matter.
