Business Outlook
Pros
Very transparent company. Starting from the top, communications are always happening within the team. Between Slack and Google Doc's, if you are looking for something, it is nearly always available. There are frequent all-hands meetings and company wide communications, and the executive team all sit right on the floor. There is a clear mission to create a healthcare program that is 'more caring than the rest'.
Cons
Office not on a subway system, so folks either live near by or drive. The old factory building is beautiful though.
