Pros

Fair compensation & benefits Wide variety of available projects

Cons

Hiring managers will do whatever it takes to ensure they get a potential employee, with no intention of keeping their promises. Skimping of technical staff in branch offices, yet still expect to deliver a product which is 120%. Day to day work schedule is very robotic with no social events throughout the year, except for Christmas.

Pros

Dual monitors, get to take your workstation home after 3 years, great reimbursement policies for taking tests, courses and certifications. Culture is not super competitive. Expect to work long hours with no compensation.

Cons

If you are not a project manager you have no respect, if you are passionate technical professional who wants a rewarding career this is not the place. Perhaps an OK stepping stone - invest no more than 2 years of your life here if you are not getting ahead.

Pros

- Flexible Schedule - Compensation (this is a pro on a case by case basis, but if you ask for it and understand your value, you can be compensated well) - Meticulous Staff - Open to ideas - Is wanting to improve - there are focus groups within organization that have opportunities for growth and innovation

Cons

- Lack of unified vision throughout organization - If you ask for a better compensation and deserve it, you might get it.. but management does not take professional efforts to identify and reward talent - Lack of consistent quality of employees hired and retained
