good pay, outdated HR practices

Pros

The pay was stellar but there was no flexibility. This was prepandemic times also.

Cons

HR protects their leadership and management and allows them to sexually harass employees. I was told to put on my big girl panties and move on. I was told they coudn't imaging their business unit leader in Charlotte harrassing women. Also, there are very few real leadership positions for women. Male engineers are hired and promoted without effective management training. The good old boys club is alive and well and thriving in this environment.
