Pros

Very little pro's. The best thing I can think of are the perks for Associate level (management) and above. They get the bonuses and unlimited work-from-home days.

Cons

- Provincialism, favoritism, and racism - Dishonesty on career trajectory - Revolving door; don't expect to be here long if you are entry-level.

Pros

Very nice people, mid level staff always open to helping college level hires integrate and get design experience Opportunities to work at different offices Competitive salary base and you get paid OT, sick hours and vacation time are combined into one pool Not a high stress environment

Cons

Disconnect between upper management and lower level staff No incentive to really push or challenge yourself, work gets boring after a while Rare that younger engineers get any client facing time, can get stuck working on the same project or client for years 401k match is a joke, no yearly bonuses, not many other financial incentives Lack of company culture, the attitude of staff really varies from office to office. Feels like fragmented offices instead of one consolidated firm.

Pros

Interesting projects, energetic staff, experienced managers. Friendly coworkers and bosses. Staff encouraged to participate in industry events. Flexible work hours and good pay Ability to work from home. Various office events and meetings to keep us informed on status of company, how office is doing, information is shared with employees.

Cons

Benefits are average, not bad - just average for industry Overtime required - but are paid for it and it is known in advance so you can set your own schedule to work.
