Pros

Resulted in me finding my current employer who pays much more. Met some good people for networking. It's a recognized company name I guess?

Cons

Management are literal bullies. They belittle you. Mine put his hands on me my last day in Lanham and I pursued legal action against R.Mc. Extreme micro management. Multiple hours long meetings weekly, with all on the call, discussing everyone's tasks down to the minute detail, instead of doing the actual work. Below average pay. No workplace all culture. All work, forced play...Would not recommend.

Pros

Ok 401k match but the pros end there.

Cons

No transparency throughout the company. Health benefits are well below the average. There is zero company culture. I spent 6 years at the company and was passed up for countless opportunities, which went to less experienced/newer employees simply based on their personal relationships with management. Pay is depressing, a below average. Remote work is NOT an option, even though there is no in office collaboration or work culture.

Pros

Benefits and the opportunity to pack a box to move to another company.

Cons

Lack of transparency and follow through. The raises are actually insulting, especially after speaking with colleagues on the same level. The project managers are the only ones that receive recognition and raises. There is virtually no feedback to analysts on how they are doing until it has become a larger issue. Lastly, there is a lot of drama throughout the office. If your quality was needing improvement, you would only hear this from someone on your level. Management should communicate the efficiency of employees discretely. Very rarely are opportunities available, and if they are, most people do not hear about them. Dishonesty.
