Pros

Dewberry as a company is not bad. They seem to care about their employees.

Cons

PDPs are a joke. Moral in the IT Department is at an all time low and no one cares. It is every man for himself and only a select few are allowed to make any mistakes.

Pay was competitive. They’ll probably hire you. With so much turnover, they need warm bodies.

Cons

Incompetent and clueless management way up the chain. Completely unaware of market conditions outside of their home office. Don’t take care of good people.
