Pros

I have been a team leader for 4 years. This company has alot of perks that you don't have to worry about when it comes to working for other companies. Housing is taken care of, and they give you a monthly bonus every month that you are using your own car and phone. Not to mention, they take incredibly good care of their reps by paying them well. If you felt like you were ever short changed here, the conversation would end in the company writing you a check. They are very ethical and honest. They are concerned about keeping a continuous relationship with their employees.

Cons

Some things are just a little old school. Some of the systems and company policies are dated. That being said, it is still completely functional and a great company.

Pros

Great company, great service provided to customers. I knew I could rely on co-workers to provide good work. There was a mom and pop feel to the company even though they were quite large. Opportunities to move around California were available as well.

Cons

Sometimes they could be unorganized. Contracts would be lost or there would be a lack of communication.
