Great potential to make money when what you do is their Best interest.

Cons

Leadership promotes from favoritism vs value and skill Don't ever file an HR complaint, you will be told to put your head down and cross all I's and T's or video was to grainy to support the claim even if there were witnesses If you don't show "visibility" on special projects vs focusing on being#1 overall in sales, which is the job at hand, you'll get knocked down for furthering what you deserve. You seriously have to be a favorite to get anything you put into making this company better not the actual people who did the work, those who get offered anything took the fame of someone else work.

Parking, and wish they allowed people who do not work in customer facing roles to work from home
