      Good environment, good for growth.

      Cons

      They need help, they expect people to be dressed up during webex interviews and cannot use their phone for interviews.

      Pros

      Great product, great people, fast paced, challenging.

      Cons

      With growth has come micromanaging and pharma culture which is why I am concerned about the direction we are going. Dexcom is becoming everything I hated and left years ago. Time will tell. Ashame if they ruin a good thing.
