Pros

There is a real sense of purpose here, namely, helping those with diabetes to manage their condition and live a full life, which is inspiring to me. Very fast-paced, which provides frequent opportunities for learning and growth. Executives constantly evaluate the industry and competition and make big decisions quickly. Good benefits. Fiscally responsible.

Cons

Pros

There is plenty of room for growth with in the company. Dexcom is the best in the CGM industry. There is constant change which, depending on your personality, could be good. You have to be a flexible person. They do provide you with free lunch once a month, hold fun events a

Cons

The turn over rate in the sales department is incredible, the most I have ever seen in any company. The sales management team does not keep their word when it comes to incentives it could take months before you get what was promised. The down side of the constant change is the your commission structure changes sometimes not for the good. Even if you get promoted that doesn't mean you get a raise. The pay rate is not good for those living in San Diego, it is hard to live off of the wage they offer especially when commission can be so low. The morale gets lower and lower the more people leave. It's sad that a company this successful does nothing to retain great employees. They have even said that they are ready to lose employees.
