      Pros

      People are nice. Work hours are flexible. Supervisors are not overbearing.

      Cons

      Some employees are workaholics while others are very inefficient, Down time is not taken advantage of, no transparency among the R&D group and thus no trust in employees, poor allocation of employee resources (skills, education and background), abusive salary.

      Passionate, mission driven organization that has made a tremendous impact of the Diabetes community and Med Device market

      Cons

      Poor leadership, exceptionally political that rewards submission and compliance over competence and character. There are pockets that are good though avoid for long-term development.
