Pros

This is a great company for recruiters who are performance-driven and want to grow quickly in their careers. The incentive structure is very motivating, and recruiters who consistently perform well have the opportunity to earn attractive incentives in addition to their base salary. There is a lot of scope to increase your earnings if you are proactive and dedicated to achieving your targets. Another big advantage is the growth opportunities within the organization. High performers are recognized and promotions are performance-based, so recruiters who deliver strong results can move up the ladder relatively quickly. This creates a very motivating environment for people who want to build a long-term career in recruitment. The company also provides good exposure to different clients and roles, which helps recruiters strengthen their sourcing, screening, and stakeholder management skills. The team environment is collaborative, and colleagues are always willing to support each other with market insights and hiring strategies.

Cons

Since recruitment is a target-driven role, there can be busy periods and pressure to close positions quickly. However, this also creates opportunities to maximize incentives and gain recognition for good performance.
