      Fun environment but inexperienced leadership and strong politics

      Pros

      Young fun environment, colleagues are easy to get along with.

      Cons

      Leadership is young and inexperienced and expected to manage fresh college grads when they share the same amount of experience. Corporate politics are also strong here, and unless you align with their vision, you do not fit within the culture. Collective criticism is strongly encouraged from senior leadership but is quickly used against you the moment something goes wrong. Accountability is one of the core values but is the most neglected at the same time.

      Good starting point, but leadership struggles and politics hinder growth

      Pros

      Quick opportunity to get promoted if you have the right mentorship and accounts. Honestly really nice employees (cross-functionally) and people are willing to help you. A good place to dip your toes in as a young hire, KPI's are fairly easily but some of the director's are a bit micro-managey.

      Cons

      In our office - we had 3 Managing Directors and 3 VP's in 3 years with two rounds of layoffs (enterprise wide.) The largest gap in the company is their leadership is so disconnected from the producers and what you truly need to do to succeed in sales. They run on a lot of enterprise accounts which makes it hard as a young sales person to connect with tenured sales people, who haven't truly sold or broken into accounts in some time. Additionally, there are lots of corporate politics and people in leadership that overshare other leaders dirty laundry with young sales folks, making it a bit of an uncomfortable place to be in. I think this place is a good starting zone for a career but it is not the place to be if you are a hustler and want to truly grow as a sales professional.

      Job security hinges on client deals

      Pros

      Untill your project with client run. they pay you.

      Cons

      Once client closes the deal you have 15 days ,if they get project for you. Good. Else you will be on notice. Though they offer you full time employment just to get you inside and start client work.
