Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience with us! We love hearing that you find our team dedicated—our people truly make all the difference, and it’s wonderful to know you feel that support every day in our Dallas office. It’s also great to hear that practical benefits like our weekly pay cycle and our Return-to-Office (RTO) structure are working well for you. Finding that right balance and rhythm is something we care deeply about.

Pros

The culture is a breath of fresh air—totally positive and supportive without the typical corporate fluff. It’s a very open, collaborative environment where you can build genuine, unscripted relationships with your clients rather than dealing with rigid, clinical processes.

Cons

We deal with massive global accounts and pretty complex tech solutions, so aligning different internal teams across regions can feel like a lot of moving parts. You have to be super agile and on top of your communication game to keep everything on track.

Keeping things authentic and open is a huge part of who we are. We also appreciate your perspective on the fast-paced nature of our work. Staying aligned and communicative across multiple teams takes real effort and agility, and we are always looking for ways to streamline collaboration and better support our people as they navigate those moving parts.
