      Good commission structure and small team, able to advance and learn more if you are really determined.

      Cons

      The main recruitment team is outsourced overseas - hurdle in collaboration, communication, competitiveness and favoritism. Lack of diverse and number of requirements to work on, leading to expanding recruiters to work on BD and also no desk specialization. Micromanaging with monthly performance reviews and tracking of how our working hours are divided daily. There is direct line of reporting but is muddled, needing to inform my dotted lines and keep everyone in the loop on matters. Bulky and inefficient processes, recruiters get caught up in administrative tasks. Toxic and boomer mindset from management, KPI focused like your typical recruitment agency, gossips & rumors, no work life balance. Changes in job scope from discussion prior to joining and afterwards.
