      Pros

      None to share, only luring with high packages.

      Cons

      They don't hire candidates who are from Hyderabad location, even though they are far more qualified then these noida people. And every illiterate director, manager, lead thinks that all of the candidates who studied from JNTU are fake.

      Salary is the beat thing they offer to someone.

      Too much pressure. Too much Micromanagement. Working off hours as well. They give promotion but then they took it as well
