The company grew rapidly in the past 4 years. Thus it went through some growing pains. However the management was quick to respond to changes and adapt. The Finance, Accounting and Contracts (FAC) team led by Fernando, Elena and Salima revamped the processes and policies to ensure smooth and compliant operations, while remaining flexible to accommodate different client and donor requirements. Mihir, the CEO, is eager to implement new and innovative approaches and supports flexibility. The company very well adapted to the new reality of the pandemic and allowed flexible work schedules and remote work arrangements. Dexis is a good place to work at.

During my two years there I witnessed out-of-this-world growth in the development space. I'm convinced it was because of the bright, hardworking employees. Great atmosphere and work culture. Really sharp CEO who seemed invested in the well-being and and professional development of his staff and saw potential in the young people. Tons of intriguing projects happening at the cutting edge of development.
