      Is Corporate Management Serious? (Spoiler:no)

      Pros

      There are many Pros about working here, but none worth listing.

      Cons

      First let me say that my time at Dexis might soon come to an end if change is not around the corner. Senior Management either isn't aware or just doesn't care. I have heard about staff forging HR documents, getting caught and yet they keep their job. I have heard about staff committing serious security violations and yet they keep their job. I recently just found out that a certain corporate staff member who I know brings so much value to Dexis and continually does so much in their role for the company was issued a performance review and placed on probation. A senior VP was squeezed out of their role. Accounting and HR has been incompetent for years. The list goes on and on.

      Are you finding corporate management getting more serious? There have been several changes with senior leadership during 2017. As we head to the end of the year, I wanted to make sure we did follow the suggestions made. Did we? An updated and feedback would be helpful. Thanks.

      Some really great people at HR: Letitia, Cate, Kay, Idra, and Becky.

      Incompetent accounting personnel. No transperancy

      I agree that our HR team is really great, and gets top ratings on our monthly surveys. The accounting team has also received solid ratings but there’s room to do much better. As you know, we account for every dime through both government audits and the self-imposed independent audits for over a decade. Since 2018, our divisions get numbers directly via our online system. I promise to do better. Thanks again.

      This place is a joke

      Parties, decent health insurance, other perks

      Cons

      This place is a perfect place for all the misfits in international development or people who are straight out of college and dont know the difference. HR and accounting are incompetent. I know some people who filed complaints against their project's management describing disgusting levels of micromanagement and racial/ethnic comments and got laid off two weeks after. Either they dont care or completely oblivious not to understand that the rest of the team knew whats going on. So forget about whistleblowing or having a candid discussion with the HR.
