      A Standout Company in an Industry Mired with Mediocrity

      Pros

      No place is perfect, but Dexis is as close as it gets in this industry. There is always laughter echoing which is reflective of the culture. The company is extremely mindful of this culture and want to make sure Dexis hire the right people. This has kept the culture intact despite rapid growth. It is an exciting place to work where every day is different and people work on anything from New Business, Project Management, and Technical work.

      Cons

      The workload is extremely high due to the rapid growth. Dexis is struggling to keep up with growth in terms of space and hiring. There needs to be much better integration between project and HQ staff.

      No micro management, convenient location, employee focused, goal oriented, opportunities to grow!

      Cons

      The space can be an issue but management is already looking into options to accommodate the fast growing staff.
