      Pros

      The people here make all the difference. The CEO and upper management really value the culture of Dexis, especially as the company continues to grow. Though the work can oftentimes be challenging (leading to a number of late nights in the office), the outcomes are always rewarding.

      Cons

      With the expansion of the company comes growing pains. There are so many rapid changes occurring, that at times it can be overwhelming.

      Pros

      I noticed from the start that Dexis is full of really smart, talented people that help you do your job better. The support and guidance from all levels - whether headquarters or contract staff - is a huge plus to working here.

      Cons

      Need to better integrate contract staff into professional development opportunities.

      Pros

      Dynamic, strategic, and innovative leadership looks beyond the traditional USAID implementing partner approaches. Small but growing fast, with a management team that actually listens to its staff. Believes in supporting its staff and invests in them. Willing to take risks, learn, and go big. Is willing to go after the right people to add to the team. Great location.

      Cons

      In line with many other small businesses in town, the vacation/sick allowance is too low. 17 days total is the starting benefit, which encourages people to avoid taking sick days.
