      -Staff Morale is high and people enjoy coming to work -A lot of opportunities to grow professionally -Upper management is very supportive of staff -Everyone is extremely dedicated, competent, and nice

      -Dexis is growing fast, so it is still refining some of its processes and systems -More staff are need to keep up with the growth

      Pros

      At Dexis you get 3 things that you don't get a just any company - face time with the CEO, quarterly updates on the financials and stability of the company, and the opportunity to work with people who actually do care about seeing pictures of your dog. I choose Dexis almost 3 years ago for these reasons and even with recent leadership changes I look forward to its bright and prosperous future. We need the the right people for the right job and I recognize that Dexis is not a non-profit and guess what the bottom line matters. If I wanted to work at a non-profit I would go to one.

      Medium sized business in rapidly changing world. Only the strong will survive.
