      How do you scale a great company culture?

      Pros

      Lots of wins! The organization is very informal and nimble, with not much bureaucracy, which makes it a great place to grow for younger folks. Leadership is serious about growing and disseminating Dexis culture through fun potlucks, happy hours, kickball, and an awesome holiday party.

      Cons

      Internal communications - would be good to relay clear messages before, during, and after organizational changes. Training and mentorship is also a big area for growth - besides 'on-the-job' and the tuition assistance grant, Dexis has yet to answer the big question of: "What does a career at Dexis look like for 5 years, 10 years, etc."

      Management says they care and seems to be interested in employee feedback.

      Cons

      Management has changed pay period structure to give them more time in beteeen checks. Very unusual and hard on employees.

      Dexis is in a growing mode.

      Cons

      There has definitely been a cultural shift at Dexis. Top down management has become more common. Transparency and staff inclusion has become less common. This could be the result of a small business graduating to a larger organization or a sign of what's to come. Either way, it is run radically different than previously.
