Old management style, not willing to listen

Boys club, let Caucasian men get away with anything while people of colour constantly overlooked, rash decisions on takeovers of other companies but don’t have the resources in place for amalgamation, everyone is overworked, they cut corners a lot at account level and corporate level, ceo and son are very rash. Keep men in high positions who are toxic and have many HR strikes but easily fire others out of the blue. HR passes the buck a lot in fact everyone does. Reward those makings 100k and over let them do nothing while workers are killing themselves, they have a million policies and know how to say the right thing but they don’t follow any of It.
