Pros

The wellbeing of the coworkers and the culture are the strong points. Their relationship with the clients is very good and you have a lot of opportunities there. The benefits are reasonable but the salary is not their strong point.

Cons

The salary could be better and the feedbacks and possibilities of promoting exists, but is still not really applicable. In reality you can get a bonus or a promotion per year at most.
