      Pros

      Diamond has a culture that encourages personal and professional development and provides opportunities to give back to the community. Great teammates Fun events and activities There is good communication about the future growth of the Credit Union. Management cares about their employees.

      401k, Incentive Programs, Health/Dental Benefits, Great Organization, Growth Opportunities, Fun, Great Co-workers, Community Involvement

      Cons

      Sometimes I don't feel as good as I think I should for how much dedication and love I have for Diamond Credit Union but I try to stay positive because of all the great things I love here and that keeps me going.

      Pros

      There are many opportunities for advancement, Diamond is very understanding and flexible with our schedules, excellent teamwork, strong community outreach.

      Cons

      Some of the systems and programs we use are outdated, but Diamond always asks for feedback and suggestions for improvement.
