      Pros

      Very positive environment. Training is excellent and Diamond really goes out of their way to make sure their employees are taken care of and comfortable. Always come to work with a smile on my face. A lot of room to advance as well. Highly suggest working for this company.

      No cons I can think of. Diamond makes sure their employees are taken care of and treated equally and fairly.
