      Pros

      Community focused organization that treats everyone like they are family. The organization is growing and there are opportunities for advancement. Benefits package is very strong. Diamond is a recognized leader and top award winner in the region, and gives back to the areas they serve. Input from all is valued and a part of the culture.

      Diamond has a culture that encourages personal and professional development and provides opportunities to give back to the community. Great teammates Fun events and activities There is good communication about the future growth of the Credit Union. Management cares about their employees.
