      Pros

      It's a job. If you plan on bettering yourself while working here, good luck.

      Cons

      To be hired, you must have a great credit score or they turn you down for employment stating "If you can't pay your bills, how do we expect or members to pay?" They pick and choose who they like. It's very sad. They also like to make mention of the fact that they "can fire you for any reason they want" frequently to scare you into doing your job. They will also choose the manager's word over the employee's, even if you express the fact that the manager is lying. To HR... HR... It feels like a clique. Fair warning!
