      Pros

      I loved my coworkers, and the job was a good opportunity to dive more into the financial industry. The health insurance that is offered is fantastic.

      Cons

      Management does not want to see employees grow. There are so many times I was told I’d have an opportunity to grow, yet after applying for a few different positions in the company and being turned down each time, general practice seemed to suggest otherwise. I was micromanaged.

      Pros

      There are many opportunities for advancement, Diamond is very understanding and flexible with our schedules, excellent teamwork, strong community outreach.

      Cons

      Some of the systems and programs we use are outdated, but Diamond always asks for feedback and suggestions for improvement.
