Pros

The staff gets along well and looks out for one another. The pay is great if you work in a position that provides bonus on top of salary. They provide lunch for the entire staff twice per week. If you work in Sales or in Administration, there are no after-hours or weekend hours required.

Cons

Work-life balance is nearly impossible for members of Operations Department (Tour Managers). Nepotism is rampant, and ownership is not approachable to anyone besides members of the family.
