Poor pay, little room for growth, and the corporate office is not run well. Corporate consistently makes promises that aren’t kept and have retaliated against employees that worked for the company for 30+ years.

Biased and micro managed.
They will only promote people they are cool with
Do not encourage employee input.
Horrible culture.. to many gossips and office politics especially from upper ups...
