• Opportunity for growth • Company's vertical integration presents opportunity to learn the business from soup-to-nuts • Loyal and experienced team members in commercial and operational teams • Diverse markets and customer applications allow for ongoing learning • Well-respected company name • New leadership in corporate office shows promise from an accounting / finance perspective

Cons

• Seems to lack a succession plan at key plant facilities • Challenges to grow profitable business in plants that are at capacity • Working from home isn't really an option for corporate employees

Good employees at the South Carolina location

Cons

Poor pay, little room for growth, and the corporate office is not run well. Corporate consistently makes promises that aren’t kept and have retaliated against employees that worked for the company for 30+ years.

Bad leadership and management No room for growth Low employee murals Do not have employee interest Biased and micro managed. They will only promote people they are cool with Do not encourage employee input. Horrible culture.. to many gossips and office politics especially from upper ups...
