Pros

I worked for this company for several years in one of their Eastern US plants. I endured and witnessed a severely hostile work environment, sexual harassment, bullying, retaliation, and racial discrimination. Safety violations are a plenty (OSHA and Covid-19), employee morale is zero, corporate office has a revolving door, and you absolutely CANNOT trust ANYBODY.

Cons

Do yourself a favor and keep looking. There are definitely better jobs out there. Employers who will care about you and your well-being. This is NOT that employer. Trust the reviews.
