Pros

Dickson is fast paced and has a contagious and positive energy for continuous improvement. Management at Dickson is willing to make changes and invest in personnel development to see the organization grow and develop. Everyone in the organization has the power to drive change and wear many different hats.

Cons

There aren't many...for some, the dress code and environment may be too casual and for others, there may be a perceived lack of communication between departments, but like with any organization, individuals need to empower themselves to make improvements.

Pros

Dickson has an awesome company culture. It is a small company and a very tight-knit community. It was a great learning experience for me as a college student who worked here part-time. This company values hard work, but it is also very laid back and casual. I have made life time friends and taken away experience that I will remember for the rest of my business career. I would love to come back!

Cons

I can't think of any at the moment.

Pros

Dickson is a fantastic place to work, it offers has a great balance of work and life! Let's face it, it's "WORK", if you go to work unhappy then your day is going to suck anywhere you work. Here at Dickson there are many friendly faces with lots of positive energy! We manufacture leading edge technology and the "CUSTOMER" gets a great end product!

Cons

At this time I don't have any... I am extremely happy to have a job! I go to work with a smile everyday.
