Pros

Dickson is fast paced and has a contagious and positive energy for continuous improvement. Management at Dickson is willing to make changes and invest in personnel development to see the organization grow and develop. Everyone in the organization has the power to drive change and wear many different hats.

Cons

There aren't many...for some, the dress code and environment may be too casual and for others, there may be a perceived lack of communication between departments, but like with any organization, individuals need to empower themselves to make improvements.

Dickson part-time help

Pros

Dickson has an awesome company culture. It is a small company and a very tight-knit community. It was a great learning experience for me as a college student who worked here part-time. This company values hard work, but it is also very laid back and casual. I have made life time friends and taken away experience that I will remember for the rest of my business career. I would love to come back!

Cons

I can't think of any at the moment.

Pros

Dickson is a great place to work with awesome people. Focused on being the best at what they do, and how the employee's are treated. We work hard and enjoy great benefits through out the year. I feel very fortunate to be apart of this outstanding company.

Cons

To be honest, I cannot think of any cons with this company
