Thanks for the review. I'm not sure I understand the comment about bonuses because we do have a quarterly bonus that gets discussed at every company meeting.

Pros

Good company for the people in the plant and those who've been here a while and will retire here. I feel bad for them. Co-workers were nice.

Cons

Most of the positive reviews are not real, obviously. Not evil, but dishonest. Comes from the top. Someone decided they could buy a company and have it run itself. Went from customer service to Inside Sales without proper structure and therefore remained glorified customer service. Commission promised, unreal. Job not as described. Lots of Fake ads to bring in new hires, esp. exploiting the young ones.

Yikes! This looks like a review for a totally different company. If you meant this review for us I'm sorry things didn't work out but you seem happy to have moved on so I'll take that as a good thing. Best of luck going forward.

very very poor management, blatant dishonesty, probation period, selling company, job roles eliminated, departments are a mess

I'm sorry things didn't work out for you at Dickson. During the hiring process we do our best to put candidates in a position to succeed but we don't always get it right. I know you're disappointed things didn't work out but you're a good guy and I know you're going to find a position you like even better and do great things in your career. PS: You accidentally checked the box saying you were at Dickson more than a year.
