Great Leadership in most cases. Great training dept. Great employees overall. Best Produce and Meat in the area. Greatest selection of foods and services. It is the Grocery Leader in the St. Louis Market.

Cons

Raises are not equal to the increase of the cost of living.

Extensive training, great coworkers who are committed to doing a good job. If you're a people-oriented person, this you'll love this job because there's lots of opportunities to interact with customers and to enhance their shopping experience.

Cons

Some managers can be a little inflexible when it comes to scheduling and requesting a day off here and there.

Pros

The only pro with this company is you get paid weekly, I will say that I have encountered some life long friends here, and will always have them in my life. I have worked here for more than 3 years.

Cons

There are only a few managers that are worth anything. I will say I have witnessed a female manager verbally abuse a employee and nothing is done about it. The work environment is unfriendly, the pay is bad, and the employees are not team friendly.
