      Pros

      Work-life balance. Good culture. Although the tech stack is old, I think the work that we do as a computer science graduate is very satisfying. Ideas can be shared by anyone and you will be surprised by how much of your suggestions are important. The company is big enough to let you spent your time the way you want and small enough to get meaningful work.
