      Harassment goes unpunished

      Food, co-workers, no real micro management

      Cons

      Everything else. Company is greedy. They give large bonuses to management and executives while everyone else gets 400-500 raises/bonuses. Directors and executives of this department make comments on female employees bodies and bury any complaints they receive about the issues. They will fire you if you complain about the harassment to HR so we just stay quite. I really hate going into the office and dread the day I have to go back. I would look elsewhere for employment.
