Pros
Physical environment is enjoyable, modern, and clean. Everyone I have worked with so far (I'm one month in), has been extremely professional. In fact, in particular with HR, they have gone out of their way to accommodate my needs. Before I began, I needed assistance finding child care options and they were instrumental - despite the fact that I hadn't even started yet!
I've already felt the company culture at the top and it seems that they desire to remain the top in the industry in regards to customer experience and relations to employee satisfaction. They seem to work consistently to simplify internal processes that will make employment here even better! And they're fairly open about it.
The interview process was a bit tedious as I interviewed with everyone in my particular department. However, I appreciated it because it showed that we all wanted to be sure this would be a good fit.
I've had to deal with a serious family emergency and I'm astounded at their compassion and flexibility during this period.
Honestly, I'd recommend anyone work here if they're ready to be utilized and can hit the ground running!
Cons
This is the first large company I've worked for so it's a bit difficult to feel isolated from other departments but that's fairly normal for a large company, as I understand it.
