Pros

I have not seen anything till now. Waiting for it from the day I was acquired by Digicert.

Cons

Most of the developers are using 3-4-year-old laptops. No plan for replacing them. Even if you ask for a laptop you will be given another old used laptop. You need lots of approval to get Mac here. But all directors will have Mac machines. Team lunch is a rare thing here. Forget about Team outing. They can't afford 1K per person also. Once we did an outing on our own money. Junk work comes to Bangalore team. Indian managers don't have any say in the company's happenings. It's really sad to see all your colleagues leave the company. Every day at least one shocking news will be there. Every week at least two people leaving the company. Most of the work is on PHP framework. Since there is no hike given, salary is 20-25% less than market standards.

Pros

I have not seen anything till now. I am amazed by looking at the people who are writing too many positive points about this company.

Cons

- People in Utah think they own Non-Utah Employees. All decisions are driven from there. - No clear Roadmap or work assigned to Bangalore team. - All the products are coded using PHP technology. - No hike given for Symantec employees even though they knew that Symantec employees had not received a hike in the previous year. - Bangalore team reduced from 150 to 95 in less than 3 months. But, no one to care about it. - "Employee friendly" sentence is seen only in Slack and CEO's presentation. But, in reality, company is least bothered about employees.

Pros

Many people watch YouTube and Netflix throughout their shift, and so can you! Just apply for a validation position and never expect to communicate with a manager past your interview.

Cons

Management is almost non-existent in the validation department, with close to zero communication with the team members, it has been a nightmare to work here. It seems like the managers and team leads are chosen on the basis of their ability to gossip around the office, instead of actual leadership, working, and communication skills. Hard working employees get swept under the rug and become unnoticed, while the ones that walk around the office, talking about video game gets promoted. There also seems to be a big gap of separation between top-level management and front-line employees; sudden changes happen overnight and employees are only notified through a vaguely written email, which leaves a lot of room and potential for questions. Problem and solutions are almost never discussed with front-line employees, sometimes the customer has to inform us about new changes in the validation process, which I nor my colleagues have ever heard about, where is the supposed "teamwork"? It's also very convenient that some managers go on week-long vacations every other month, during a time witch you call 'growing pains'. The organization is also a big issue throughout the company, I can ask the same question to 4 managers and expect 4 different answers, and it only makes it more frustrating when it takes on average- 24 business hours for me to get a reply.
