Pros
The best compliment I can offer an organization is that they care about the individual and want to further his/her succeed both personally and professionally. DigiCert is that company. Management does a good job of balancing the needs of the business (to grow, drive revenue, increase market share) and the needs of the individual employees (work/life balance, career progression, a sense of purpose). Kudos to DigiCert for making this a considered effort.
Cons
Lack of diversity. It's probably more a reflection of being headquartered in Lehi, UT, but it would be great to continue to see efforts made to diversify the workforce.
